Verallia North America offers a unique initiative within the Talent Management System for developing future managers and leaders – the Management Leadership Development Program (MLDP).

Designed to provide a solid glass manufacturing experience for college graduates seeking careers in manufacturing management, the members will participate in a 12 to 15 month program that begins with a comprehensive orientation conducted at both the corporate headquarters and one of the plant locations. Upon completion of the orientation process, MLDP members will be assigned to a second plant location to begin an intense rotation as part of the plant’s manufacturing team. Participants will be exposed to every functional department and have the opportunity to work on special assignments.

Interested candidates should possess a degree in a technical/engineering or related discipline.
