A Business Organization Tailored to Market Needs

Verallia North America has organized its business into three Sectors of Activity (SOAs): Beer, Wine, and Food, Beverage and Spirits (FBS).

Each SOA has a General Manager, who is responsible for managing the functions of finance, manufacturing, production planning, quality and technical service, and sales for the SOA, as well as working closely with the other members of the executive team to oversee the business.

This organizational structure allows for focusing attention to quality, commitment to competitive differentiation, anticipating market needs, and customer satisfaction.
